THE AREA
The closest town is Benijofar, with a fantastic mix of nationalities but still retaining its Spanish charm. Centred around a church and plaza, there are many tapas bars, shops and restaurants to choose.
The annual Ruta de Tapas draws in thousands of people from the region to enjoy the best gastronomic delights on offer.
Nearby Benimar has an array of multinational restaurants serving TexMex, Korean, American, Chinese, Indian, Dutch and Japanese menus. An additional mini-mall is now built on the other side of the village, on the way to Quesada.
